Founded in 2012, Beyond Accounting is a limited company led by the founder and CEO, Rory Finegan. As well as traditional bookkeeping, management accounting, and accounting compliance, Beyond supports clients with software integrations, customisations, driving efficiencies, training, and scaling their businesses using technology. We offer different outsourced packages – from a simple outsourced CFO service to a fully outsourced accounting function.

A well as offering traditional accounting services, Beyond has extensive expertise in the selection and integration of cloud business systems. We also offer coaching and training on such systems to our clients, and have established partnerships with a range of cloud solution providers around the world.

Relationships are at the core of Beyond’s customer service ethos. A personal approach, free advice, clear and transparent pricing are all part of the Beyond package. Every client relationship is seen as a long-term partnership, and as such staff are encouraged to go beyond the call of duty when responding to clients’ needs.

What we’re looking for

The Beyond team has grown to around 50 members. We have exciting career opportunities for apprentice accountants, part-qualified accountants, fully qualified accountants, and experienced bookkeepers.

We’re looking for people-oriented team members with initiative and an enthusiastic, problem-solving attitude. You must be tech-literate, and able to use technology efficiently and effectively. Good organisation, time-management, and communication skills are absolutely essential.

As Ireland’s leading Xero partner, we are looking for team members who are interested in working with cloud software and either have previous experience with Xero or are keen to start. Everyone who joins Beyond is required to complete their certification within the first month, and are offered every support to make this happen.
